Important Note:
Before you prepare your application, please review the Education/Experience Requirements and Selection Factors shown in the position solicitation. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you are not considered qualified for the position and you will not be selected.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Please note that some solicitations may have slightly different requirements from the typical ones shown below. In case of differences, the posted solicitation is the document that governs. If you have any questions, please contact GlobalCorps.
For solicitations that require applicants to submit a signed OF-612 form:
Applicants interested in applying for an open position MUST submit the following materials:
(1) A complete and hand-signed* federal form OF-612 (Resumes or CVs in lieu of the OF-612 Form are not acceptable).
VERY IMPORTANT!! - Use as many OF-612 Continuation Sheets (available below) as necessary to present your full work history in the OF-612.
(2) A supplemental document specifically addressing each of the Quality Ranking Factors (QRFs)/Evaluation Factors (EFs) shown in the solicitation.
Please note that all information to be evaluated by OFDA or OTI must be contained in the factor response document and the OF-612 Form and may not depend on reference to your resume. No exceptions to the minimum document submission requirements will be allowed. Incomplete applications will NOT be reviewed.
*Applicants are required to hand-sign the Applicant Certification statement on the OF-612 Form. OF-612 Forms received without a hand-written signature will not be considered for the position. Applicants who submit their OF-612 Forms electronically without a signature must send a faxed, mailed, hand-delivered, or scanned copy of their hand-signed OF-612 Form for their application to be complete.
For solicitations that require applicants to submit a resume:
Applicants interested in applying for an open position MUST submit the following materials:
(1) A complete resume. Your resume must include:
(a) Paid and non-paid experience, job title, location(s), dates held (month/year), and hours worked per week for each position. Dates (month/year) and locations for all overseas field experience must also be detailed. Any experience that does not include dates (month/year), locations, and hours per week will not be counted towards meeting the solicitation requirements.
(b) Specific duties performed that fully detail the level and complexity of the work.
(c) Names and contact information (phone and email) of your current and/or previous supervisor(s).
(d) Education and any other qualifications including job-related training courses, job-related skills, or job-related honors, awards, or accomplishments.
(e) Country of Citizenship. (U.S. citizenship required for all USPSC positions.)
(2) A supplemental document specifically addressing each of the Quality Ranking Factors (QRFs)/Evaluation Factors (EFs) shown in the solicitation.
No exceptions to the minimum document submission requirements will be allowed. Your resume should contain sufficient information to make a valid determination that you fully meet the experience requirements as stated in this solicitation. This information should be clearly identified in your resume. Failure to provide information sufficient to determine your qualifications for the position will result in loss of full consideration.
Additional documents submitted will not be accepted. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS
While the only required items for a complete application package are a complete resume/hand-signed OF-612 Form and a supplemental QRF/EF document, applicants MAY be asked to submit references, proof of academic credentials, or a writing sample. Applicants will be contacted directly if they are required to submit additional documents.

Carefully review your resume/OF-612 Form and QRF/EF response document to ensure that your qualifications and experiences are described clearly, and in full detail. We strongly encourage you to use the Application Checklist available as you prepare your application package.
Please note that ALL application materials must be received by the closing date and time listed on the solicitation -- there are no exceptions. Applicants are responsible for confirming that their complete application package was received by GlobalCorps before the deadline posted in the solicitation -- it is recommended that applicants contact GlobalCorps directly to confirm receipt. Applicants can expect to receive an e-mail from GlobalCorps when application materials have been received.
