How to Submit Your Application
GlobalCorps will accept application materials by e-mail, mail, fax, and hand-delivery. Applicants can expect to receive an e-mail from GlobalCorps when application materials have been received.
All application materials MUST arrive in our office (or e-mail inbox) before the closing date and time listed in the solicitation. As this is a U.S. Government procurement action there are no exceptions. Applicants are responsible for confirming that their application materials were received by GlobalCorps prior to the deadline.
Applicants should retain copies of their application materials for their records.
TO SUBMIT BY E-MAIL:
Application materials can be sent as attachments to the e-mail address indicated in the position solicitation. Please indicate the position for which you are applying in the subject line of your e-mail. *Applicants are required to hand-sign the Applicant Certification statement on the OF-612 Form. OF-612 Forms received without a hand-written signature will not be considered for the position. Applicants who submit their OF-612 Forms electronically without a signature must send a faxed, mailed, hand-delivered, or scanned copy of their hand-signed OF-612 Form for their application to be complete.
PLEASE NOTE: E-mail attachments with the following file extensions are NOT be allowed by the USAID e-mail system: .Exe, .Com, .Pif, .Lnk, .Bat, .Mp3, .Scr, .Shs, .Vbs, .Eml, .Mpeg, and .zip. All messages and attachments sent to GlobalCorps should be checked for computer viruses BEFORE transmittal.

NOTE: Since our fax lines experience considerable traffic on position closing dates, applicants are advised to fax their application packages as early as possible to ensure prompt receipt.

NOTE: GlobalCorps periodically searches its database for potential candidates for competitive and non-competitive PSC positions at OFDA and OTI. By submitting your resume and/or application materials, you agree to allow these documents to be included in our database searches.
